Could you please start with a brief note on Shri Ram Panels Ltd with its progression since inception to current stature, highlighting its different verticals, products range and company's global market reach?
The company was incorporated in the year of 1992 and started its business as a veneer and plywood manufacturer. Starting from the scratch, this company has started the trend of touching new heights in progress and kept on launching its chain of highly durable products under the brand 'Magnus' which became a symbol of trust & quality amongst the wide spread dealer network of the company. What is the USP of your products that have an edge over competitors? Also please focus on their applications areas.
The foremost USP of our products is this that these products have been launched under brand 'Magnus' which itself symbolizes the quality and trust. Our every product is imbibed with a unique USP like more repetitions, durability, fine compositions, their capability to cope up with weather vagarities etc. Whereas the application of the products are concerned, these products are applicable for Construction of Buildings, Public Transport Vehicles Body Manufacturing, Flooring Purpose of Mezzanine Structures, Mould & Die, Preparation of Palettes, Fire Prone Area, Sports Equipment, Textile Industrial Equipment, Food Machine Baskets, Forging Industries and Railways etc.


It is learnt that the company is coming up with a new manufacturing unit viz 'M/s. Shri Ram Panels Pvt. Ltd. shortly; what is the current status of the production facility and products to be rolled out from there?
Looking to the exponential growth in plywood sectors and increasing demands in various plywood related products, Shri Ram Panels has decided to launch its new venture in the name of M/s. Shri Ram Panels Pvt. Ltd. which is a step ahead in terms of advancement & automation from Shri Ram Panel's current infrastructural set-up. This dream turned into reality in the month of November 2012 and started its partial productions but it will still take some time to follow the trends set by Shri Ram Panels. Shri Ram Panels Pvt. Ltd. is fully equipped with automatic and semi- automatic world class machineries like 8'Peeling Machines, Log Storage Water Tanks, Cold Press, Wide Belt Sander, Scarf Jointing Unit, Chain DD Saw, High Tonnage Hot Presses and 6 meters Long Hot Press etc. which enables us to manufacture 250 cbm/6000 sheets in a single day.

Shri Ram Panels is known for gearing up regularly with new ideas and for introducing innovative products in the market. Can you please describe your R&D wing which is responsible for constant brainstorming and research work?
The company has a separate wing of Research and Development wherein it keeps on investing in its relevant activities as continuous R&D is backbone of the company. To fulfill this purpose, we have an in-house laboratory which is equipped with the equipment recommended as per the specifications of Indian Bureau of Standards. We keep on testing our products at regular interval to ensure their compatibility with ISO standards. Besides this, we are having well educated and experienced team of technical professionals who always put their best efforts to adhere to the BIS and ISO regulations. We always introduce the new products after analyzing the market trends, the requirements of society and other various aspects properly. After generation of idea in the mind, we turn it into reality after passing it through lots of tests and quality parameters laid by various standards setting organizations like ASTM, DIN, JAS, BIS and ISO etc. then finally that idea takes the shape of final product and comes to the market.

In order to ensure high standard products, what are the quality management systems the company follows?
Shri Ram Panels believes in adopting complete orthodox approach wherever the matter of quality arises and we leave no stone unturned to adhere to the quality standards laid down by various Standard Fixing Organizations like ISO and BIS. The company is following the quality management systems as per the standards fixing authorities. Resultant impact of strong efforts of Shri Ram Panels is this that it is awarded with ISO:9001:2008 and ISO:14001:2004 certification by Bureau of Indian Standards.

The company has a wide network of dealers and distributors throughout the country and the numbers are still increasing so far as the overseas approaches are concerned, 'Magnus' succeeded to mark its presence in gulf countries as well. Now we are targeting to lead the world and make our presence throughout the globe. The journey has started from gulf countries and now Shri Ram Panels is fully geared up to reach also in European and other Asian countries.

Shri Ram Panels is planning to participate in bC India in a big way; what are your plans for the show including new launches to be made there?
Exhibitions are the best platform to bring the company and the possible buyers on a single platform for which Shri Ram Panels is fully geared up to encash this opportunity through BC India-2013. Apart from the existing dealers, Shri Ram Panels will focus on the new visitors and will try to work out on the possibilities of mutual beneficial business relationships with every possible client by attending every visitor through dedication. Live concept demonstration has also been arranged to show the working of H-Beams in construction industries. So far as, the launching of new products are concerned, we are about to display our new products also i.e. Plywood for Prefabricated Houses, Plywood for Chemical Industries and Mezzanine Floorings which will be proved as another feather in our cap.
