Expanding our range with Next-gen protective coatings to strengthen industrial and infrastructure assets.
Widening our product portfolio, we have introduced advanced long-life protective coatings for use in industrial structures, pre-engineered buildings, cement plants, and equipment machinery. These coatings are also suited for marine infrastructure and steel bridge girders.Corrosion is a major challenge in India, often reducing the service life of structures and equipment and leading to recurring maintenance costs. To address this, we have developed specialized 2, 3 and 4 coat protective system with thicknesses ranging from 120–400 microns. These coatings significantly extend surface life by insulating against corrosion. Their high DFT levels (150–400 microns) ensure superior performance, especially in coastal environments.
The new coatings have been developed to suit India’s diverse climatic conditions.
The products are manufactured at our new facility using in-house formulations designed for the country’s environmental and weather conditions, while the additives are imported from Europe and China. We will market these coatings by advising users on the correct product selection and guidance on managing their service life. Although several well-established foreign brands operate in India, our technical expertise and close association with end-users in the construction industry give us a strong competitive edge.Our designed coating system can protect machinery from corrosion for 15-20 years.
Kroma’s new protective coatings for construction equipment — including operator cabin interiors — are designed to extend machine life by at least 15–20 years. Moreover, their fast-drying property enables equipment manufacturers to achieve a higher production cycle and faster turnaround time.Our technical support to users includes guidance on paint application and selection based on specific requirements, training on proper application techniques, and regular inspections during the coating process. The company also ensures timely supply through its dedicated sales and logistics network.
