To meet rising demands, and in view of the rising costs, Puzzolana has added a production unit and a foundry in 2018, raising its production capability to five foundries and five factories. We have an active population of 100 track plants and have also increased our sales & service teams in our branch offices to support our customers more closely.

Puzzolana to enhance efficiency in production and bring costs down.

To neutralize the impact of rising production costs, we are enhancing our production efficiency, and will continue to carry out critical advancements in our product line of skid and tracked plants, for the benefit of our customers. Our aim is to help developers in completing their projects on or before time with reliable machines as increased availability of machines is crucial for achieving their goal of timely delivery of projects. We monitor each and every site closely on a daily basis to ensure that we deliver the right solutions to our customers. At some critical sites, we locate our service teams to ensure round the clock monitoring of the machines.

Demand for products required to produce manufactured sand (M-sand)will grow.

Demand for products required to produce manufactured sand (M-sand) will grow much bigger as compared to other Crushing & Screening products due to a ban on use of natural sand by the government.

Dedicated sand plants are being set up by commercial aggregate producers, who have added sanders to their existing plants for production of M-sand. Some of them have even put up greenfield projects for production of 100% M-sand plants with classification equipment for improved quality of the end-product.

M-sand is cheaper than river sand as there are no transportation costs. The requirement of aggregates is two times the cement production and if you consider sand alone, it will be approx. three times the cement production. Considering this, Puzzolana has added secondary cone crushers with enhanced up to 500TPH in sanders and classification equipment.

Business retention through effective customer support is vital for Puzzolana.

We have put in place tailor-made support services in sync with our products. Services include inventory and management of spares & wear parts, maintenance contracts covering parts availability, supervisory services, training, and life-cycle support of the main equipment of the plant through extended warranties. We continue to expand our dealer network in the country and provide better after-sales support. We are also aggressively adding to our international distributor network in the Middle East, East Asia, and Africa.
