The IoT device, installed on the machinery, collects critical data at regular intervals and transmits it to a cloud server. Through cloud computing, this data becomes accessible to customers in real-time, allowing them to monitor their equipment from anywhere.

This real-time data, along with consolidated reports, empowers customers to understand the health and operational efficiency of their machines comprehensively. Key performance indicators such as machine live status, daily run hours, and utilization percentages are readily available. Real-time alerts for service over-dues provide critical insights into machine health, enabling proactive maintenance.
