Our revolutionary Vertical Lift Loader has innovative features that are industry firsts

We recently launched our revolutionary Vertical Lift Loader. Its key innovative features are the vertical lift loader arms on an articulating frame, and the mechanical self-leveling Z-bar bucket linkage on a vertical lift loader – both of which are industry firsts.

The vertical lift accentuates the wheel loader’s primary function of lifting and carrying a load. By providing a heavier tipping load and a higher lift height, than provided in conventional wheel loaders of the same power and weight, the customer gets extra value through the product’s enhanced performance.

Fuel costs are greatly reduced since the lower operating weight of the vertical lift machine allows more tons of material to be moved per horsepower, as compared to a conventional radial lift machine. This allows customers to move more tons per hour, with lower initial investment, and lower owning and operating costs.

Since the vertical lift wheel loader is based on the same technology present in all other LiuGong wheel loaders, the reliability and durability of the vertical lift machines meet customers’ expectations of high quality associated with the LiuGong brand. This technology is universally applicable and especially advantageous for stockpiling and truck loading applications.

Our Telematics, powered by Trimble, enhances productivity

LiuGong offer telematics powered by Trimble, which can help customers monitor their machine’s performance from any place, as they can access hourly, daily and weekly reports of the engine performance, scheduled maintenance activity, location, fuel consumption with real-time fuel level indication, HMR, geofencing, etc.

With time, there will be some more features added in the telematics, which will enhance ease of accessibility, productivity and management of the machines. Our aim is to understand and integrate customer’s productivity performance with this tool.

Proper training helps reduce machine breakdowns and increases uptime

The market today is volatile and demanding, with customers looking for value for money in their purchases, rather than high quality, premium products. Our strong focus on after-sales support 24x7x365 has won us customer confidence and trust over the years, due to which we have been getting repeat orders.

We provide training to our dealers and their technical personnel, operators and maintenance team. We arrange factory visits for them so that they can understand the machines and their capabilities in various application areas, and ways to optimize their performance for timely completion of projects. Proper training helps in reducing machine breakdowns, and increases uptime.

We also provide customized solutions to meet customers’ requirements, and offer them annual maintenance contracts. These services are beneficial for customers as well as for manufacturers as they lead to more machine uptime and less downtime.

LiuGong India is launching a new 21-ton medium range excavator 921 D I and 611 BSIII vibratory soil compactor. Manufactured at our Pithampur plant, the heavy-duty 921 D I provides best-in-class performance with low owning and operating cost, and the main components are of renowned global companies such as Cummins, Kawasaki, Rotherde etc.

The vibratory soil compactor 611 BSIII for road building and maintenance is designed for jobsite conditions in India, and its Kirlosker engine enables low noise and emission.
