New Age offers customised solutions for Rope Suspended Platforms with higher safety features.
The custom-shaped suspended platform is a kind of non-standard suspended platform with special specifications and it is tailored to meet the requirements for higher productivity and efficiency. For example: our square-shaped RSP for lift shafts/ ducts and round-shaped RSP for chimney internal work were first introduced by us in India. We also take responsibility for the safety and reliability of our machines. Their price is as per their features and applications.
Our machines are covered under warranty and free services for one year.
We provide AMC and have a separate team for spare parts arrangement and on-site delivery. We try to reduce breakdown period by 24 hours to same day solution. For example, two service managers, one spare parts coordinator, 35 on-field technicians / engineers, three spare parts delivery boys are working in our Mumbai branch only to make on-time arrangement for service and spare parts.
We believe in customer relationship management to help us expand our brand reach by their valuable references. So, we provide our customers the best quality machines, on-time services and spare parts. We participate in trade fairs like bauma and Excon. We have company’s own direct sales-services team across all metro cities and have dealers in tier-II and tier-III cities.
Our sales, services and design teams work jointly; they visit sites and provide overall project solutions and arrangements such as for external painting and facade works. Our front extension design replaced the unsafe bamboos in external painting, and we keep upgrading our machines from time to time.
Cement factories, windmills, and power plants are also using our customized Suspended Platforms.
2018 has added some new markets, new recruitments, new product lines, bigger teams and some new customer segments. We are entering new applications segments by offering industrial solutions with our customized Suspended Platforms. Not only construction industry but cement factories, windmills, and power plants are also using our machines. People are more confident now about new technologies and safety offered by Rope Suspended Platforms. Painting contractors, civil contractors, facade contractors, builder segments, and rental companies are adopting this safe and reliable mechanism. In such a scenario, the market would remain lucrative for the next 5 years.
No doubt, there remain some business fluctuations in some quarters due to certain external, environmental, and political changes, but the CE industry will achieve a good growth percentage by the year end. We forecast new technologies and market expansion based on increasing awareness on safety parameters for working at heights.
