Martin Fleischfresser
HANSA-TMP: “ We’ve received quite good number of orders this year from the Indian market and expect to see more demand and growth from here,” says Mr. Martin Fleischfresser, Sales Area Manager, HANSA-TMP S.r.l.

What would be the company’s focus during its participation at bauma Conexpo India 2016?

HANSA-TMP has become a well-known player in the hydrostatic transmissions, for trucked and wheeled vehicles, supplying manufacturers worldwide in the agricultural & forestry, construction and urban maintenance equipment markets. In particular, we’re focused on the improvement of our product range with new pumps series that can go upto 400 and 450 bar.

What products and services will be displayed at the show? Kindly highlight the USPs of one of your newly introduced products?

In 2014, the mechatronics Research Centre of HANSA-TMP based in Modena (Italy) has developed the third generation of variable displacement close loop axial piston pumps to combine top performance and efficiency.

The innovative pump series TPV 1500, 17 to 21 cm³/n and upto a maximum pressure of 400 bar. This level of pressure is essential to carry out heavy duty jobs in difficult working conditions such as steep slopes and extreme temperature on construction sites or in mining and tunnelling. Power and strength of the pump are perfectly controlled by the full range of on-board electronic sensors: pressure sensor, speed sensor, swash plate angle sensor, man-on-board safety measures.

For the next year, we’re working to start the series production of the TPV 3600 series, 25 to 38 cm³/n and upto 450 bar. The highlight of the pump is the complete modularity: the same body for all versions of controls, such as manual, hydraulic-proportional, electric-proportional, with or without feedback, and automotive. Furthermore, the pump can be mounted on the machine in any position, as the ports have been designed to be symmetric on both sides and are ideal solution to the market need for compact products that must be used in smaller spaces.

Higher uptime, low operating cost, strong after-sales services, and spare parts availability have become key selling points. How is your company strengthening its position in these areas?

This new HANSA-TMP offering and the wide investments in the manufacturing process, demonstrates the company’s huge commitment in the research and development of new products that deliver smart solutions to customers’ needs.

Our sales network covers 64 countries. Spare parts are available from stock in Italy or at our subsidiaries (within 24-48 hours).

What is your view on the growth of the Indian construction equipment industry in India?

The Indian market results of HANSA-TMP for the year 2016 are great: we have seen a high incoming of orders since April 2016, in all application areas (best is construction equipment with approx. +60% of turnover). The signals from the market show us that this growth will continue till the end of the year and for 2017.
