Established in 1996, Capious manufactures a wide range of road construction equipment that include Asphalt Batch Mix Plant, Asphalt Drum Mix Plant, Wet Mix Macadam Plant, Bitumen Sprayer, Broomer & Chip Spreader. Its range of civil construction machinery includes Concrete Batching and Mixing Plant, and Mobile Conrete Batching and Mixing Plant.
Since inception, the company’s focus is to deliver best quality products, backed by quick after-sales support and service in any corner of the world. Capious offers products of international standard to its domestic and international customers and believes in providing consistent quality products on agreed specifications with timely delivery.
The company also offers customized solutions, Mr. Pandya says, “We design the plants as per the requirements of the contractors which enable them to derive maximum ROI. We can manufacture plants based on optimized design and ensure optimum mixing and maximum output without any hindrance. Each machine at Capious is subjected to multiple quality checks during design and development, involving people from every department, to produce high quality machines that must deliver satisfactory performance.”
Terming Capious offerings as ‘sustainable’, he adds, “For us, offering value for money to our customers is an important factor. We produce fuel-efficient plants which are economical to operate. Moreover, our plants are bolted that ensures ease of assembly, dismantling, and maintenance. We offer all kinds of operational support to our customers to ensure higher uptime and productivity of our equipment.”
Capious, which currently manufactures 120/160 TPH asphalt batch mix plants, is expecting to see demand for bigger capacity plants of above 160 tph in the near future to undertake road projects. The company will also add high capacity plants to its portfolio.
Apart from expanding its product portfolio, and widening its reach across India, it is also trying to penetrate deeper into other global markets to keep its export market growth intact.
