In line with Make in India strategy of the government, Apollo Inffratech has made several tie-ups with multinationals for facilitating technology transfers to India, and firmly follows all manufacturing norms and processes of partnering Joint Venture companies.
With an ambition to soar higher, Apollo Inffratech has institutionalised several arrangements with other companies namely, A JV Apollo Hawkeye Pedershaab Concrete Technologies Pvt Ltd, which has technical alliance with MBK, Germany, for sales and manufacturing of machines to produce concrete pipes, manhole systems and box culverts with vertical cast vibration Technology. Apollo Inffratech also entered into a JV with Carmix, Italy, to manufacture and sell self-loading mobile concrete mixer. Apollo is recently done JV with Zenith, Germany for manufacturing stationary and mobile concrete block making machines. Apollo’s exclusive partnership with HEM, USA, allows it to provide a comprehensive range of slip form concrete paving equipment.
We will be digitalizing our Apollo-Carmix self-loading concrete mixers and fitting them with electronic engines to meet the new emission norms.
We are working on high-end solutions so that customers can be assured of higher availability of our plants. We may also launch a higher capacity block making machine. We will be digitalizing our Apollo-Carmix self-loading Concrete mixers and fitting them with electronic engines to meet the new emission norms. Digitalization will help generate real time data on machine operations like loading, operation of engine, and facilitate preventive maintenance of the equipment. Apollo Infratech will also re-engineer the machines to make them more suitable for Indian jobsite requirements. Our HEM concrete slip form pavers will be made ‘India-proof’ to enhance its productivity and minimize maintenance costs. To do this, we have hardened the augers of the pavers, made some material changes, and changed the direction of the exhaust. Some design changes have also been made in our concrete batching plants so that they can deliver 85 to 95 percent of their rated output.
We are working on innovative measures to keep operating costs of our customers under control and offering them support from a single line sales channel.
We are primarily a vertical engineering company with a product portfolio comprising of concrete mix preparation, compact mobile loading and transit solutions, and concrete road surface preparation machines. Our turnkey solutions include delivering the concrete end-products such as concrete block making machines, under technical collaboration with our principals. We also offer package solutions so that customers can use multiple products across value chain like concrete batching plants, or self-loading mixers, and concrete slipform pavers. By providing a single line channel support to customers for their multiple machines, we are helping them keep their operational and services cost under control.
