Time, quality, and affordable solutions are the advantages offered by the precast concrete industry.
Project delays during the pandemic had affected most of the projects, but the market is moving positively now. Completion of the projects within the stipulated time schedule is very important and the industry is looking for a perfect solution with maximum automation. The government is keen to complete all infrastructure projects earlier than the allocated time, but to achieve this, the best possible solutions and advanced machines are required; but their availability is still a challenge.

The situation is, however, improving, and the industry could reach new heights by the third quarter of this year and continue to rise for another decade. Experts in the construction industry predict a bright future for precast elements along with integration and digitalization of the precast concrete process from design to construction. In a developing country like India there are political and social challenges that need to be addressed. The Government is trying to ease the formalities but bureaucratic issues still need to be resolved.

The credit goes to the government and the determination of construction industry to achieve many infra development targets in the coming years.
During the last few years, we have noticed that the budget session becoming more impressive in presentation and content. Infrastructure development is being seen across the country, a major portion of which is happening in border areas and in remote parts of the country. Developments include construction of airports, roads, bridges, ports, hospitals, etc.

Apart from this, the exports are improving and foreign reserves are soaring which gives a positive feeling to international community. Basically a major shift is happening in terms of investment and technology from the US, Europe and China towards India becoming a reality and success.
