Macons’ Vertical Casting Concrete Pipe Making Plant can produce both reinforced and non-reinforced circular and non-circular pipes with bell or in-wall joints. It can also produce lined pipes, jacking pipes, and box culverts, with sizes ranging from 300 mm to 3600 mm in diameter. The plant can be equipped with single or double production stations. It features an adjustable floor-level operator platform, a central operator console, and semi-automatic operation with reverse and forward locking arrangement.

Macons’ Concrete Kerbing Machine MKM-1200 is an advanced version of the MKM-351, designed to produce continuous curbs mounted on steel tracks. It can lay curbs on various surfaces such as Wet mix, DBM, DLC, PQC, Reinforcement, and Gutter Sections. The machine boasts a rigid chassis made from rolled steel sections and includes imported needle vibrators for smooth concrete flow. The MKM-1200 also features imported slope, grade, and steering sensors, and a dust-proof lockable operator console for enhanced durability and control.
