The Liebherr “HS series” duty cycle crawler cranes are highly versatile cranes and can be used for number of applications like clamshell, slurry walls, dynamic soil compaction, casing oscillator, carrier for foundation equipment etc. The “HS series” cranes have stronger winches which provide higher line pulls, powerful engines, robust steel structure and strong components. Clearly our value propositions are safety, strength, reliability and long life of equipment.
Our aim has always been on manufacturing technically advanced products with highest safety standards, reliability and applicability so that it can be deployed in specialized jobs that require higher productivity.
Any new model/entrant in the normal lifting cranes that Liebherr has introduced?
We have upgraded the 100t crawler crane to the new 110t crawler crane – LR 1110. The crane has a completely redesigned superstructure, longer crawlers, swinging counterweights which enhance the lifting capacities by 20% and a new cabin.
Where do you see potential for your duty cycle cranes?
Like mentioned earlier, Liebherr duty cycle crawler cranes can be used for a vast range of applications that involve foundation work, material handling, carrier for piling rig and of course lifting too. We will look forward for potential application of our duty cycle cranes in infra projects which require a great deal of foundation work.
We delivered a HS 8100 HD (100t capacity crawler crane) and HS 8070 HD (70t capacity crawler crane) duty cycle crawler cranes to a major contractor who has been executing crucial foundation projects.
With “HS series” cranes we will approach contractors who are involved with infra projects (like metros for example) and need highly productive and reliable equipment which will help them to complete the project on time.
How does Liebherr India serve its customers?
At Liebherr we consider Service as one of the most important aspect. We ensure that we provide prompt service to our customers irrespective of the location of the machine.
We also offer an Annual Service and Maintenance Contract that includes four visits in a year by our highly trained service engineers.
Another special feature that helps us and our customers is LiDAT® – Data transmission and positioning system by Liebherr. LiDAT® provides data on the machines location and other parameters like machine usage, fuel consumption, teleservice etc. All these information can be viewed by the end user directly on the laptop. In this way our customers can manage their equipment fleet in a better way and ensure periodic maintenance thereby, enabling optimum utilization of the machines.
