Our new facility at Kuha in Gujarat will increase our production capacity.

Fluid Tech makes rotary gear pumps for asphalt batch mix plants between 500-800-1500-2100 LPM at its integrated facility in Ahmadabad. The products are both for the main OEMs and for the aftermarket.

The company has set up a new facility at Kuha in Gujarat to expand its production capacity, which will enable us to cater to both existing and new asphalt batch mix plants in India and also for the export markets. We will offer a minimal lead time for delivery to our customers. We are also investing in providing components that will increase the rated utilization of the plant while deriving lower cost of operations.

We have a dedicated test bench to ensure pump accuracy and performance.

The automated bench conducts rigid tests of the pumps to ensure their accuracy in flow rate and plant efficiency. The bench also tests the noise, power consumption, and pressure. These tests are quite vital for higher performance of the gear pumps, reliable plant availability, and efficient performance.

We have recently launched thermal hot oil pumps for asphalt batch mix pumps.

We are continuing to work towards bringing advanced materials and manufacturing processes in our pumps so that we can deliver energy efficient plants to the OEMs. We have installed a new range of CNC machines for better machining of the gear teeth, giving them a smoother finish, and thereby contributing towards lesser consumption of power.

Our prominent asphalt batch mix OEM customers include Amman, Marini, Vibrant, Atlas, Nilang, among others. We have delivered a major export order of a 4500 litre per minute (LPM) rotary gear pump to an asphalt batch mix plant owner in the Middle East.
