Could you please describe us about your group, its functioning, progression, and overall journey so far?
We, JSM HI-TECH SIEVES PVT LTD are dedicated towards manufacturing of Wire Mesh for industrial applications such as Construction, Mining, Architectural, Filtration and other modern day uses. We began with our parent company NATIONAL WIRE NETTING STORES in Delhi way back in 1940. Over the time we developed skills to cater to our customers with job specific Wire Mesh.
Tell us about your manufacturing facility, products range and their application areas.
Our manufacturing unit is based just off Delhi in Sahibabad Industrial Area with an expansion of around 2,500 sqm. We are equipped with all modern machinery used in manufacturing of Wire Mesh along with a well qualified staff of workers who have an immense knowledge about the Wire Mesh manufacturing. Our unit comprises automatic machines which are cost efficient and require minimal work force which lead us to be in the top position to give us an output which is beyond expectations.
JSM is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company. What are various quality control systems placed at your end to ensure outstanding quality productsand their reliability for the clients?
We have our well-trained staff who look into the production at all times thereby keeping an eye on the output result. Also, we test our raw materials in laboratory before processing and follow strict norms regarding the tolerance of the finished goods.
How has been the response of the industry with regard to your company's products?
Ever since we came in to the Wire Mesh business, the feedback we get from the industry is overwhelming. We cater to those customers for whom the quality is the top priority and make every effort not to let them down in their expectations.
A word about your marketing distribution networks and aftermarket support services.
Our marketing strategy is simple, we aware our clients aware of our products range and provide them solutions as per their requirements.
Currently, our distribution is done through Delhi and U.P but soon we will expand our distribution network.
What is your take on the prevailing difficult economic conditions and how is your company transforming challenges into a win-win situation?
Today's Economic scenario has been a threat to most of the Industrial sectors and the effect is wide spread, however we need to keep a broader vision towards the advancement.
What would be the business outlook of JSM in next two years?
Coming years seem to be lucrative as infrastructure is still a top agenda for any developing country. We are eyeing not only the domestic also but international market since development seems to be soaring high worldwide.
