Our Backhoe Loaders continue to remain the preferred choice for customers; but we have also diversified our product range and introduced revolutionary products in the Material Handling range i.e. Telehandlers, Skid Steer Loaders & Super Loaders, and our Premier Line range which includes Excavators, Wheeled Loaders and Compactors. Since machines work in far-flung areas, it is imperative that a well-connected product support is offered to customers to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. JCB India has an unmatched distribution network of 650 outlets and over 60 dealers.Our dealers have made significant investments in setting up their product support network with over 6,000 trained professionals, who are periodically trained on the operation and maintenance of the product. We have strategically located warehouses in Pune, Chennai, Faridabad, Guwahati, and Kolkata to support our dealer outlets with timely parts supply.
JCB has trained close to 25,000 operators already.
The CE Industry is now focusing on various skilling programs for operators and technicians. JCB has pioneered the Operator Training Program and through its 15 centres has already trained close to 25,000 operators. Through its four regional training centres, it also skills over 6,000 dealer service professionals who work in JCB dealerships.
