Fayat Road Equipment Division, Dynapac India - Abhijit Som, Managing Director
We will support customers who would like to upgrade their BSII/BSIII machines to our new CEV Stage IV machines.
Every technological change brings some challenges, but we see this as an opportunity to deliver machines with more advanced features.
The new CEV stage IV engine with Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) paired with Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) offers excellent emission standards that has lower NOx emission as well as 90% lower particulate matter in the exhaust. The new solution also offers benefits of easier installation, lowered maintenance cost, increased fuel efficiency and higher productivity. The technology will also help in improving the air quality. Based on these requirements, Dynapac has come up with the concept of ‘Cleaner, Greener, Smarter’ machines.
Dynapac has introduced Soil Roller CA305 and Tandem Roller CC425 CEV Stage IV with new features.
Dynapac has extensive know-how of implementing these solutions in Europe and North America and has introduced Soil Roller CA305 and Tandem Roller CC425 CEV Stage IV with new features. Our machines are packed with special features like smart fuel saving, automatic vibration control, digital LED lights and colour display, etc. The Tandem Roller CC425 has been modified to give it a more attractive look and its improved design provides better visibility and comfort to the operator, which increases efficiency and performance.
Though the innovations will come with higher investments, their higher cost will be offset by additional advantages, besides which, they will reduce carbon footprint and help in a cleaner environment.
Telematics and electronics in our new products will enable customers to improve machine utilization and uptime, and the cost of ownership.
Dynapac is running many projects in India with annual maintenance contract (AMCs) to ensure better uptime as well as long machine lifetime for its customers. The design of our machines focuses on common/interchangeable parts on CEV Stage IV machines so that the units do not need additional parts stock for fleet owners.
Dynapac machines are built to last, hence, we give our machines a second life by upgrading them for our customers with our new CEV Stage IV machines. New features like telematics and electronics in our new products will enable customers to improve machine utilization as well as machine uptime, which will improve their cost of ownership.
Based on requirements, Dynapac can offer customized solutions to the end-users and ensure that they have the lowest cost of running expenditure for our new range of machines. We also have agreements with major financers in India to support customers’ investments.
An organized rental company with a focus on meeting project demand will be able to offer end-to-end solutions to the contractor.
Due to the fast pace of infrastructural development, we are seeing good utilization of machines in ongoing projects. We believe that the rental and used equipment segment must grow and keep pace with demand from upcoming projects. These units are needed to fill the demand gap felt by contractors during project completion.
The Indian CE Industry is also aligning the industry to that of the western world, which will enable us to implement advanced technologies, so that we can make faster progress in the coming years.
