Dr. Xiangyang Jiang, Putzmeister Concrete Machines
Our concrete solutions have not only helped shape concrete construction, but also set industry benchmarks in delivering improved performance, lower service and maintenance costs, unmatched fuel efficiency, intuitive operations, and maximum uptime.
Dr. Xiangyang Jiang, Managing Director

At Excon, we will be celebrating 15 years of our presence in India.
This year, Putzmeister completes 15 years of offering customers industry shaping solutions in India. The Putzmeister Group’s global application expertise coupled with the best-in-class technology have helped us earn the trust and confidence of our customers since we started our manufacturing facility in Goa in 2007. It has been our privilege to grow along with the country these past years, and to contribute to India’s growth story.

In addition to showcasing end-to-end concreting solutions from Putzmeister and Sany, we look forward to honouring our partnerships with customers who have been a part of our journey in India.

We will be introducing the next generation of Putzmeister Stationary Concrete and Truck Mounted Boom Pumps to the market in India.
These pumps make the optimum use of technology driven solutions to deliver benchmarked efficiency to our customers and unparallel user-friendly operator machine interface. On preview will also be the next generation of our remote tracking solution, Putzmeister Machine Cockpit, which can provide real time info of machine operation status and condition for performance optimization. Our RMC offering will also be enhanced with the introduction of a new Batching Plant and Transit Mixer.

We are partnering with our customers to make concrete construction sustainable.
Our aim is to offer differentiated solutions to our customers to help them meet their unique challenges in their applications; whether it is the rising fuel cost, or a shortage of experienced operators for their machines, or managing their growing fleet as business grows.

We understand that more customers are now paying attention to the safety of their workforce, and we are happy that we can contribute in this regard. We are proud to partner with our customers to make concrete construction sustainable, which will help in achieving the goal of development while maintaining harmony with nature.

Putzmeister Concrete Machines

We offer industry leading technology to help deliver your projects with unmatched efficiency.
We follow a system of continuous R&D, and we regularly introduce enhancements to our offerings. At Excon, customers will get to preview the next generation concrete pumping technology that will help them enjoy optimum performance at optimal operating costs. A few examples of the new features:
  • Putzmeister’s proprietary Ergonic® Output Control (EOC) technology will enhance fuel efficiency so much that for a typical truck-mounted concrete pump, the owner can easily save lakhs of rupees per year; the same is even more true for the stationary pumps which makes the machines virtually free in the lifetime due to the significant savings over 8-10 years.
  • Our newly introduced Ergonic 3 control system is so intuitive and operator friendly that a new operator can be trained in a shorter time and an experienced operator can set up the machine a lot quicker. Easier operation also means less operator fatigue and a safer jobsite.
  • With Putzmeister proprietary Machine Cockpit, the owner/equipment managers can easily monitor the real time operating status of machines such as location, fuel level, machine health status etc from their office or even with their mobile devices. Geo-fencing, and other real time warning becomes easy. By analysing the wealth of operational data, efficiency improvement opportunities can be identified to significantly reduce operational cost. In the future, significant unplanned machine downtime can be prevented by smart algorithm for proactive maintenance. Introduced in 2018, Machine cockpit is now available for all Putzmeister products.
  • Many Putzmeister machines are equipped with the auto greasing system which helps maintain the machine in good condition and reduces downtime. Our twin shaft mixers for concrete Batching Plants are so robustly designed that it needs very little maintenance; our signature hydraulic circuitry for our pumps saves tens of thousands of rupees per year in annual hydraulic fluid costs. The components (wear and functional parts) manufactured to the highest quality standards, translate to the highest service life.
Our machines often have the lowest maintenance cost among the products available in the marketplace.
We not only understand our customers’ business, technically, but also financially. That is why we ensure that total cost of ownership of our machines is low, and the operating cost is lowest in the industry through higher operating efficiency, and superior machine performance through state-of-the-art engineering and manufacturing; this also leads to the best residual value of the used machines.

Our service and support network is quick to bring machines back to operation in case of a snag. We regularly conduct benchmarking exercises to ensure that we are delivering on our promise to our customers. At Excon, we will be taking customers through the results of our latest findings backed by actual Putzmeister Machine Cockpit data.

Our teams in India, Germany, and around the globe are working hard to raise the bar and push the limit to develop better solutions. We aim to bring breakthrough innovations to the industry as a responsibility.

Customers can rent Stationary Concrete Pumps and Truck Mounted Boom Pumps through our partner Sany Rental.
We offer customers looking for alternatives to investing in a new purchase, solutions to fit their requirements. Through Sany Rental, customers can rent Stationary Concrete Pumps and Truck Mounted Boom Pumps. We are expanding our workshop network closer to our customers so that they can get their pumps refurbished for guaranteed quality and extended machine life.

Increased mechanization in concreting augurs well for concrete equipment manufacturers.
The Government has reinforced its commitment to building the infrastructure of the country in the 2022-23 Budget. Meeting these ambitious targets will mean increased mechanization in concreting. This augurs well for concrete equipment manufacturers; RMC penetration will increase as will pumpable concrete. For the Putzmeister Group this makes India a very important and growing market. And we look forward to continuing to serve our customers with our cutting-edge solutions.
