Macons has launched high capacity Horizontal batching plants of upto 160/180/200/240 m3/hr.
With rapid change in construction techniques and growth, the concrete equipment too needs a paradigm shift. To meet the need for construction equipment, we have launched high capacity batching plants of upto 240 m3/hr. We have also re-introduced our existing products with fresh upgradations and innovative features. We are launching new products by joint venture with European company by the end of this year, and we are the first in India who are launching this product under Make in India concept and many more are in pipeline for the next year.
We are adopting the stringent quality control systems for our products from raw materials to the final finish. Keeping the requirement of customers in mind, we have designed the machines with updated technology and a stronger structure. There is increasing demand for the latest equipment like the compact concrete batching plants. We have launched batching plants up to 120m3/hr. capacity. The main advantage of these plants is that they do not require large foundations and other civil constructions.
Our high capacity concrete batching/mixing plants are very compact with the entire structure requiring very minimum civil foundations in comparison to any of the conventional plants. As they are supplied in a ready-to-use condition, completely pre-wired and pre-piped, no erection time is lost. They also allow clients to save time and money through easy transportation and lighter assembling works when being shifted from one site to another. They give more than 100% output in production. Besides the latest product features, there is a trend prevailing for product quality and after-sales services.
Fitted with the latest Batching software, MAC ensures high performance
Fitted with the latest Batching software, the MAC model is specifically designed for the production of concrete at sites where quality, flexibility, and performance are the key features. It is made up in welded construction of steel profiles. The complete structure is shot blasted before the primary coat of paint is implemented. Two coats of paint are applied on the stairs, balconies, pavements, and discharge mouths of the aggregate bins to resist corrosion.

The most important advantage of MAC is that it requires less maintenance and provides more than 100% production, in turn leading to a decrease in production cost. Other salient features are that it is available with skid, has longer resistance to wear and tear, comes with an in-built control cabin, offers excellent mixing quality, has in-built pipeline for water, additives and pneumatics, tilting type control cabin for easy transportation, heavy-duty structure, and it enables increased efficiency at site as it takes only one operator to run the plant. A separate power pack to open/close mixer gate window bypasses the need to start mixer motor during cleaning or maintenance.
Macon’s goal is to expand and have a global presence. For this, we are increasing our presence in all the major cities in India and also overseas to provide sales, after-sales service and spares, and are associating with new channel partners. With our nationwide network of authorized dealers and sales reps, spare parts back-up and prompt service support, we are making a mark in the industry.
We have identified 36 different locations for our dealer network, of which, 26 dealers are already serving the customer efficiently with local sales, marketing and servicing by well-trained and experienced engineers for commissioning and maintenance of the plants, while our sales representatives are present at all main locations of the country.

Macons delivers an MTTR of less than 48 hours. The reason why the company gets repeat orders from its clients. It offers customers an annual maintenance contract in which the AMC engineer takes care of scheduled servicing of plants and ensures their smooth running without any breakdown. By using only genuine spare parts, the customer is assured of efficient running of his plants, with a longer life, and reduced risk of breakdowns.
