Anti Smog Gun: ConCat India has come up with a solution to fix the air pollution crisis with ConCat Anti Smog Gun, which is designed to minimise air pollution by spraying atomised water into the atmosphere so that all dust and contaminated particles are cleared from the environment. Anti-Smog Gun is designed to produce an ultra-fine fog composed of very fine water droplets (10 micron size) and absorb even the smallest dust particles in the air, yet fall to the ground without wetness.
The ConCat Truck Mounted Anti Smog Cannon Gun (Mist Gun) is designed specifically to control air pollution and make the atmosphere clear, visible, and free of contaminants and toxic vapours of gas. The system provided is fitted with heavy-duty hydraulic components capable of forming a droplet size spray stream of between 50 to 100 microns with the aid of a high-speed propeller. To shift the unit to various places, the entire assembly is placed on a self-propelling vehicle.
Concrete Laser Levelling Machines: ConCat India is coming up with a new product in industrial flooring - the Concrete Laser Levelling Machines, where huge areas of flooring are made using this machine. It can make floorings of maximum slab thickness of 15 cm and at a recommended speed of 5 m/min, covering 1800 m in 8 hours. The cab of the machine has a comfortable seat for the operator to reduce fatigue during operation and a control panel within easy reach to inspect the result of the flooring job. The Concrete Laser Levelling Machines can meet construction requirements of large areas and high plainness and levelness.
