Gujarat-based Boltrack Engineers manufactures suspended platforms, bar bending and cutting machines that are produced at its factory in Ahmedabad. It offers three models of suspended wire rope platforms: SPL 630, SPL 800 and SPL 1000, with rated load capacities of 630, 800 and 1000 kgs, respectively.

Our in-house production allows us to maintain consistent high quality without any distortion in design, and most importantly, it gives us a competitive edge over Chinese and other domestic manufacturers in terms of pricing. We can manufacture all kinds of special purpose platforms like platforms for electric chimneys, windmill platforms, L leg single person platform, angle suspended platform, double deck platform, BMU gondola, single person chair, and chair suspended platforms.

Prioritizing safety with original components

We offer very high levels of safety in our suspended wire rope platforms with load cell indicators, anti sway, power control, safety antilock tilt, over safety lock, and emergency stop buttons. The modular design of our products enables ease of assembly and disassembly, saving time and effort for the users. Our wire rope platforms are also superior as they have original electrical components sourced from manufacturers of repute.

Stepping up production

The company is stepping up production of platforms, bar bending and cutting machines, as it intends to produce 600 units in 2024. Our electric bar bending machines are based on Italian design and are also suitable for export markets. They give complete accuracy in performance and can bend bars without any distortions as the machines do not vibrate when working. Plus, they are very safe with features like foot switches and automatic brakes.

The bar bending machines come with planetary gear boxes which reduce their maintenance needs and increase their life. Their electrical circuits eliminate the need for brake motors, which reduces breakdowns and changing of the brake liners. Our cutter machines come with an advanced design and they have a monolithic steel structure of higher thickness of steel plates so that the number of welding joints in the body are less. This gives the machines more strength and a longer life.

Mechanization of construction driving demand

We are seeing rising demand for suspended work platforms, bar bending and cutting machines, led by mechanization of construction and shortage of laborers. There are a large number of high-rise commercial real estate projects of 40 to 50 floors being built in and around Gujarat, besides construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects like bridges. Boltrack is currently appointing dealers to increase its sales and support in other parts of India, and has recently exported its bar bending and cutting machines to Dubai.
