Arrow Machinery
“Arrow has been supplying internationally recognised Kerb Casting machines in India since 1993, and we are looking forward to meeting new and existing customers during bauma CONEXPO INDIA show.”
Arrow is bringing revolutionary Slipform Technology to India.
The road construction industry is undergoing a revolution in Slipform technology as councils, civil contractors and road authorities are specifying Vibrated Concrete Kerb (slipform) for all concrete kerbing for both new and reconstruction of existing roads. Slipform Kerb machines provide a simple, stronger, faster, and more economical construction.
Arrow has a full range of Concrete Kerb Casting and Slipform Kerb machines. Our Arrow 750XL Slipform Kerber is the contractors’ choice for all major national highway projects. The Australian made Arrow 750XL is a compact machine fed directly from the transit mixer; no augers or conveyors are required unlike in the larger US or German made machines.
With Arrow 750XL Slipformer, jobs can be completed ahead of time as the backfilling and associated earthworks can be done the very next day. Slurry materials and manpower are not required as the finished Kerb comes straight out of the machine.
The Arrow 750XL is small enough to fit on a standard 6-ton truck or trailer, so does not require semi-trailer/low loader transport or oversize permits, yet, has the power and capabilities to pour footpath up to 1500mm wide inboard, vee drain up to 1200mm wide offset, and kerb sections up to 700mm high.
Moreover, the power behind the Arrow 750XL Slipformer has been increased and turbo charged with the new TNV series engine from Yanmar, delivering up to 97HP and fitted with the EC150 engine management system, allowing the service engineer push button access to the critical functions of the engine, and is also fitted with an emergency shut down when low oil, water or charge is detected.
Arrow 750XL Slipformer is fitted with the new Moba Sensing system.
The new Moba Sensing system in Arrow 750XL Slipformer allows the operator more flexibility with press button control and digital display fault finding. Arrow designers have improvised the machine, making it more operator and service friendly. The console is clean and concise allowing the operator to concentrate on the finished kerb. The high strength slump concrete poured with the Arrow 750XL means they will never have to replace the kerb again. The quality of the finish straight out of the machine leaving hand finishing to driveways and link up.
