Our ABP Series asphalt batch mix plants, available in capacities of 60 to 260 tph, is designed for high-quality production with maximum efficiency and minimal operating costs. The plants feature in-house manufactured core components that ensure precision, reliability, and complete quality control. All the ABP plants are RAP-enabled, capable of utilizing up to 60% recycled asphalt, promoting sustainability and resource conservation.Our 120 tph mobile asphalt batch mix plant, developed entirely in-house through extensive R&D and testing, has a quick set-up time, making it ideal for road maintenance and resurfacing projects of 100–150 km length.
Our stationary concrete batch mix plants reduce the need for civil foundation.
Nilang’s stationary concrete batch mix plants, available in capacities ranging from 30 to 120 cubic meters, are finding increased usage, particularly in RMC projects. These compact plants require minimal space and come with single-chassis assemblies and material feeding conveyors, eliminating the need for ramps. Equipped with PLC-based control panels and fabricated skids, they ensure precise operation and reduce the need for civil foundations.We are the first to develop an indigenous mastic asphalt plant and cooker.
Nilang takes pride in being the first Indian company to design and manufacture the 120 tph mastic asphalt plant and cooker entirely in-house, equipment that was previously imported by Indian contractors. Our mastic asphalt cookers, available in 10- and 12-ton variants, can be mounted on Ashok Leyland, Tata, or Bharat Benz truck chassis, as per customer preference. Their unique mixing arms and advanced heating arrangements ensure reliable performance in the tough Indian site conditions.We are expanding globally with export-ready solutions.
