Mahindra and Mahindra new BSIV Construction Equipment

Mahindra & Mahindra has launched its new BSIV Construction Equipment; and announced entry into the lower HP BHL segment with its EarthMaster SX Smart50

Mahindra & Mahindra has introduced its BSIV-compliant new RoadMaster G9075 and G9595 Motor Graders, and the new EarthMaster SX, VX Backhoe Loaders. The company has further enhanced the overall machine performance with mileage superiority with the proven NEF Series CRDi engine, thereby assuring higher savings and profit for its customers.

EarthMaster BSIV Backhoe Loader
With the BSIV introduction, the entire EarthMaster range of Backhoe Loaders is enhanced in terms of productivity and features. Powered with a reliable 74 HP CRi Mahindra Engine, it now has 13% higher torque compared to BSIII, leading to improved loader efficiency. With the improved hydraulic system, a higher flow handling capacity and other improvements, the overall production capacity will see a rise of 10%.

Features include the unique Banana Boom and joystick lever, a robust design, and bigger buckets. The ergonomically designed cabin enhances operator comfort and safety and has tinted glass, a coat hanger, mobile and a water bottle holder, etc.

The EarthMaster range is available in two variants - SX & VX – for all types of backhoe applications like mining, trenching, crushing, building construction, etc and are designed to deliver the lowest maintenance cost within the respective product categories.

Backhoe Loader SX Smart50
SX Smart50 comes under the new, low range HP category, and is an optimum solution for the hirer segment. It has been developed with the proven Mahindra 50HP Ditech BSIII engine and optimized hydraulics to provide backhoe productivity equivalent to that of the 74HP. The SX Smart50 meets the requirement of price sensitive customers in the highly competitive low-margin segment.

RoadMaster BSIV Motor Grader
The new BSIV RoadMaster range offers optimized solutions, especially for road contractors grading needs for flagship projects of the Government, like Smart Cities, Bharatmala, etc. as well as for major district roads, state highways, border roads and for expansion of national highways.

The G9075 Motor Grader is powered by a 74HP CRI engine and an increased torque up to 350 NM, which is ideal for state highways, rural roads, district roads, and other projects under PMGSY. The Motor Grader is coupled with a 3m (10 ft) wide blade and is optimized to deliver zero compromise grading at a fractional 40% cost compared to conventional motor graders.

The G9595 is powered by a 95 HP CRi engine and an increased torque up to 400 NM, making it ideal for national highways, rail corridors, and industrial plots. Keeping operator comfort in mind, it comes with an ergonomically designed air-conditioned cabin, and provides fatigue-free operating experience, which enhances overall productivity.

The entire RoadMaster range is designed to augment the product portfolio of large contractors with optimal solutions for constructing medium roads, state highways as well as national highways, and for applications such as embankment or earthwork for laying of railway tracks and levelling of large plots for industrial construction and ports.

At Mahindra’s state-of-the-art facility at Chakan, Pune, its Product Development team has used consumer insights and feedback to develop the products and build them to withstand India’s rough terrains and heavy usage. All the products come with advanced features, use the latest vehicle systems and technologies, and are available at competitive prices.
