LiuGong launches range of earthmoving equipment
LiuGong India unveiled H series Wheel Loader 856 H, 936 E Excavator and B230 Bulldozer and displayed 836 Wheel Loader, 922D HD Excavator, 414 Motor Grader, CPCD 30 Fork Lift and given live demonstration of 818 Wheel Loader with multiple attachments in demo area all 4 days at bauma Conexpo India 2016.
Wheel loader 856 H is next generation machine powered with Cummins QSL 9.3 engine specially developed for LiuGong, It has variable hydraulic system, three operating modes-Economy mode/Neutral mode/Power mode. The LiuGong Wheel loader 856 H is equipped with 3.0 m3 bucket capacity and wide range of attachments for multiple working conditions, new ZF power train of 4WG208(F4/R3) gearbox and wet axles ideally matched to perform the perfect harmony and ensure optimized performance.
It has operating weight of 17,100 kg. Rear view camera, like an extra eye outside machine, creating a safer working environment as you concentrate on the work at hand. 856 H is equipped with Trimble which provide - Geo location & vehicle status (moving/stalled/stopped), Real time individual vehicle alerts and diagnostics, Fuel Consumption, Preventative Maintenance Schedules, Geo Fencing & more.

LiuGong latest addition in Excavator is 22 Ton CLG 922D HD, a heavy duty excavator. 922D HD is equipped with Cummins QSB 6.7 (US Made) engine. The added advantage is that engine has High Pressure Common Rail Direct Injection (hp CRDI) system that delivers high power with lesser fuel consumption.
LiuGong is well known for tough equipments for tough world. To boost the fuel efficiency 922D HD is designed with a negative flow hydraulics; that optimizes the main control valve and cylinders to improves the speed of equipment while working and reducing down on the hydraulic system’s pressure loss, leads to increase in fuel efficiency. The synchronization between pilot valves and main control valve offers precise control.High breakout forces of bucket, arm and high torque of powerful swing motor has reduced the swing cycle time considerably in 922D HD.
LiuGong CLG 922D HD is equipped with the Advanced Auto Idling system, that is when machine is not at work, auto Idle system lowers the engine RPM to optimum RPM which results in saving the machine fuel. Additionally, to overcome such challenges, LiuGong strives on regular training of Operators at Customer site.
Bulldozer B230 is equipped with Chongqing Cummins engine has 179 KW of gross power, blade width is 7.8 m3 and operating weight is 24,540 kg.
