Kobelco showcases its new Gen-10 Series of excavators

Kobelco Construction Equipment India (KCEI) displayed its recently launched 38-ton Generation-10 Hydraulic Excavator model SK380XDLC. This machine comes with several benefits to the customers. Its fuel efficiency has been taken to a new level and its output increased with larger heavy-duty buckets, besides which, it offers several other benefits to users in tough mining applications.

KCEI also showcased its SK220XDLC-10 model, which was introduced in early 2017. The focus was on the 50-feet long-reach attachment, which is being promoted by the company as an optional attachment for some relatively new site applications. This latest Generation 10 model has been very well received in the market as it offers customers great value for money. The company’s heavy-duty, high-performance Okada Rock Breaker range was also on display.

The other product occupying booth space was Kobelco’s 100-ton capacity crawler-mounted crane model CKL 1000i. Kobelco cranes are the market leader in their served market segment.

The company’s theme ‘Power Meets Efficiency’ (also the tagline for the Generation 10 series) reflected Kobelco 10’s successful years in India, where it has established itself as a reliable player with a strong support network of dealers and over 120 touchpoints. The company is upbeat on India’s CE market, and has consequently augmented its production capacity at its manufacturing unit at SriCity to cater to the increased demand.
