Hydraulic regeneration system on boom, arm & bucket operation recycles the hydraulic oil across the cylinders for faster cycle times and reduces overall fuel consumption.

Extra Fuel Efficiency – JCB ecoMAX engine, designed for construction equipment, provides high fuel efficiency and generates high torque at low speed to suit the job needs. Common rail fuel injection system delivers high power with low fuel consumption. Eco hydraulics has been designed to make the hydraulics more efficient by reducing losses in the system. This helps in reducing the fuel consumption and thus, provides savings in fuel cost. The JCB 220LC Xtra provides 8 percent improvement in fuel efficiency over the outgoing model.

Extra Reliability – Heavy duty design of structural components which are manufactured using robotic welding techniques to ensure quality and use of proven world-class components, enable the JCB 220LC Xtra to perform in tough working conditions. The Boom and Arm are of deep section design that offers higher strength and long life in the most arduous applications. Additional plates and wear ribs are provided in arm for additional strength and protection from any external damage. A rigid upper frame provides excellent durability through robust design. Closed box section design of side members at pump and radiator bay enhance strength to reduce extent of damage due to any external impact.

Extra Care – JCB 220LC Xtra provides innovative set of solutions which are designed to give maximum value to JCB customers. For Extra peace of mind, the warranty on complete machine is 2 years/5000 hours. In addition to this, a comprehensive range of customised support packages offer real time and proactive product support solutions. This includes assured machine uptime & parts availability along with various warranty options.

Extra Comforts – The cabin is spacious with large internal space and is mounted on viscous mounts to absorb vibrations. Air conditioner comes standard in the JCB 220LC Xtra, ensuring comfort to the operators working in extreme conditions. Low effort joystick levers and fully adjustable operator seat helps in long fatigue-free operation.

Extra Trackings- The advanced telematics system, Livelink assures customers of better service, operations, and security. The customers can now stay connected and achieve real time updates on 24x7 basis. It also provides information on fuel level & fuel consumption rate of the machine providing complete level of machine monitoring to the customer.

Extra Safety – Safety is of paramount importance for JCB. The new excavator is equipped with features such as unique "2 Go" system to ensure safe start of machine operation. The cab offers excellent all round visibility with the availablity of 3 mirrors to aid clearer view to avoid accidents & damage to the machine.
