Which industries do you cater to, and in which regions do you operate?
JustDeliveries specializes in mid-mile logistics for the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, providing seamless cold chain and ambient logistics solutions, along with warehousing services. We have a strong presence across Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Pune, and also offer full-truckload (FTL) intercity movements for pan-India frozen food distribution.
We support a diverse range of F&B businesses, including quick commerce platforms, dark stores, café chains, meat and seafood companies, frozen food and ice cream brands, as well as B2B food aggregators.
Our mission is to help F&B brands, cloud kitchens, QSRs, and retail chains optimize their logistics operations without the need to invest in their own fleet or infrastructure. Operating on an asset-light model, we leverage a robust network of warehousing and cold storage facilities, enabling us to scale efficiently while minimizing the burden of fixed assets.
Tell us about the fleet and its maintenance and reliability?
Our fleet of over 200 vehicles includes refrigerated trucks for frozen and chilled food transport, air-conditioned mini vans for temperature-sensitive but non-frozen items, and ambient tempos for bulk food and beverage movements. The fleet is clean and well-maintained to preserve product integrity, while GPS-enabled tracking provides real-time updates for enhanced visibility.
To ensure vehicle reliability and smooth operations, we conduct regular servicing and preventive maintenance checks. A dedicated single point of contact (SPOC) and a control tower oversee operations, ensuring minimal delivery disruptions. Temperature monitoring and compliance reports help prevent product spoilage, with photo updates at each drop-off ensuring complete transparency. Clients also have access to a dashboard to track shipments in real time. Our vehicles adhere to FSSAI guidelines for food safety, and temperature compliance reports are generated to ensure quality assurance. We address key logistical challenges such as traffic congestion and urban restrictions through route optimization, enabling faster deliveries.
