YEIDA Approves 54 Development Projects to Boost Greater Noida & Jewar Growth

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has approved 54 key development projects to be implemented over the next 15 years, setting a robust roadmap to accelerate infrastructure and investment in Greater Noida and the Jewar region.
To strengthen regional security near Noida International Airport, YEIDA has sanctioned the construction of a new police station on a 1,000 sq. metre plot. The board also cleared proposals to enhance tourism by developing recreational attractions like a golf course, gymkhana club, and Yamuna Haat in Sectors 22F and 23B.
Major lifestyle and entertainment projects have been proposed under the public-private partnership (PPP) model. These include the Kingdom of Dreams, an Olympic Village, multiple theme parks, an aviation museum, Oxford Golf Resort, Delhi Haat, Cubbon Park, and Delhi Gymkhana Club. Guidelines for the implementation of these landmark projects are expected to be finalised soon.
The developments aim to position the Greater Noida–Jewar belt as a hub for tourism, sports, and urban living, driven by world-class infrastructure and private sector participation.
