The non-banking financial company Xander Finance has recently invested Rs 105 crore in one of the projects of Bengaluru-based real estate developer Skylark Mansions. The structured debt investment will be spent partially on another project Skylark Dasos on Hennur Road. Motilal Oswal Real Estate had invested around Rs 55 crore equity capital in the project at an early stage in 2015. Managing director and CEO, Xander Finance, Amar Merani, in a statement said that the investment will fund approval expenses and creates a line of credit to be invested in the real estate project execution.
