Wienerberger India's Porotherm Smart Bricks Achieve Sustainability Milestone

Wienerberger India's Porotherm Smart Bricks have showcased outstanding environmental performance in a Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) conducted by LEAD Consultancy and Engineering Services.

Using the 'Cradle to Grave' approach, in line with international standards (EN 15804+A2 & ISO 14025/21930), the analysis evaluated the Global Warming Potential (GWP) of various walling materials. Porotherm Smart Bricks, including HP, Plus, FB Exteria, and Grinded variants, recorded an impressive GWP of 97.103 Kg CO2e per ton, outperforming other materials. The product's lifespan extends to 150 years, as per the report.
