Whiteland Corporation Appoints Kalpataru & Ahluwalia for ₹4,000 Projects
Whiteland Corporation has onboarded two of India’s top construction firms, Kalpataru Projects International Ltd. (KPIL) and Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd. (ACIL), for the development of Westin Residences Gurugram, a landmark luxury residential project at Sector 103 on Dwarka Expressway.
With a total construction value of ₹4,000 crore, the project reflects Whiteland’s commitment to premium quality and timely execution. Phase 1, valued at ₹2,000 crore, has been awarded to ACIL and KPIL, highlighting the scale and ambition of this hospitality-led residential development.
KPIL, a flagship company of the Kalpataru Group, is among India’s largest EPC firms with a global presence across 75+ countries. Backed by a workforce of over 23,400 professionals from 55 nationalities and a robust USD 7.5 billion order book, KPIL posted consolidated revenues of USD 2.6 billion as of March 2025.

Design collaborators include architect Hafeez Contractor, Cooper Hills (Singapore), ASA Lighting Studio (Vietnam), Bobby Mukherjee (Milan & Mumbai), Vintech Consultants, and Planet F&B (London).
