Aiming to make the most out of the emerging demand scenario in Rajarhat market area of the city, the West Bengal government is all set to launch Amistad, a new residential project in the best location of New Town by the side of TCS Gitanjali Park. The project will be offering sustainable, green homes with amenities that bring its residents together. A unique feature, the co-working space is tailor-made keeping in mind the working individuals and the new age working hours. The 2 and 3 BHK homes are all three sides open and well within the price range of people employed in the IT and ITeS segments. The entire residential project will be Wi-Fi enabled and since it's situated in such a prime location with round-the-clock connectivity. Moreover, the upcoming metro corridor and Major Arterial Road (MAR) extension will further ease the troubles of daily commuting. Rajarhat is Kolkata's centre of gravity with new hotels, hospitals, parks and commercial facilities, creating a compelling traction for increased residential offerings, said an official spokesperson.
