Versace enters realty, plans twin tallest towers in Delhi
The Italian fashion brand Versace is all set to enter the residential housing in Delhi and has collaborated with Delhi-based real estate developer Unity Group to develop luxury apartments in the central area of the Capital. The first-of-its-kind collaboration in Delhi will take luxury to newer highs as the company claims the two towers of 23 stories each will be the tallest approved buildings in the city. For the interiors, it has tried to blend Indian elements with the Versace way and that the apartments will be modern with quality level at the top as it has taken various elements into consideration which will appeal to the India customers, said Worldwide Licensing and Home Division Director at Gianni Versace SpA, Gabriella Saracino, adding that all the common amenities such as the lobby, sky garden, lounge bar and swimming pool will be designed by the fashion house. This is Versace‘s second interior designing project in India as prior to this, it partnered with ABIL group in 2016 to provide luxury apartments in Mumbai and that the Delhi’s residential project is expected to be completed in 2022, he claimed.
