Valor Partners with L&T Realty & Lodha Group for Major Developments

Valor Estate (VEL) has signed binding agreements with L&T Realty and Lodha Group to develop 5.7 million sq ft of carpet area, with a potential revenue share of ₹6,000 crore. VEL currently has four ongoing joint venture residential projects and four owned projects, totaling 15 million sq ft of saleable area, all executed on a revenue or area share basis. Additionally, the company has approximately 13 million sq ft of projects in the pipeline at various stages of development.
