The 91-km long Gorakhpur Link Expressway entailing an investment of ₹5,555 crore will link Gorakhpur and the Purvanchal Expressway and also the Bundelkhand Expressway while crisscrossing through Jhansi, Banda, Hamirpur, Mahoba, Jalaun, Auraiya and Etawah districts. It will touch Agra-Lucknow Expressway at Etawah. Acquisition of the remaining land required to execute the projects is likely to be completed very shortly, the UP government said in an official statement.
