UP Govt Signs Agreement for PMAY-U Phase 2

The Uttar Pradesh government has signed a memorandum of agreement (MoA) with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) to implement the second phase of the Prime Minister Awas Yojana (Urban) — PMAY-U 2.0.

Building on the success of nearly 90 lakh houses constructed in Phase 1, the second phase aims to provide 1 crore pucca houses to urban families across the country. This initiative reinforces the government’s commitment to achieving 'Housing for All.'
