TMR Infra launches 30-acre townships

In order to make the most out of the emerging business avenues in the region, TMR Infra, a Hyderabad based infra builder has announced the launch of TMR Terrain, a satellite township project near Shadnagar in Ranga Reddy district on the city outskirts. With Shadnagar gradually evolving into a commercial and residential hub, the TMR Group promoted infra unit is launching this project to cater to the latent demand. The company has designed the project to provide world class infrastructure to suit the new generation lifestyle, Managing Director, TMR Group, Mohan Reddy, said in a recent statement. Elaborating further he claimed that the project is coming up on a 300-acre site and comprises of 165 sq yard and 400 sq yard plots with a launch price worth Rs. 3,300 per sq yard and prior to this, TMR Infra had completed another venture Golden Habitat.
