Titanium World enters Indian market

Titanium World Technology Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian MNC, has announced its foray into Indian market through a subsidiary, SmartCoat India, to offer its innovative nano tech-based safety coating solutions for hygiene and healthcare space. Kick starting its India operations in Hyderabad recently, the company plans to offer two of its anti-microbial products SmartCoat Nano for institutional and industrial usage and Armor8 for personal utility of individuals. SmartCoat is one of the world's most advanced nano technologies and an important breakthrough, which self-sanitizes from bacteria, viruses and prevents unpleasant odour. By spraying on a surface, it forms a layer and is used in public places like hospitals, hotels, industries including pharma companies, malls, public transport among other locations, Heng, Technical Director, Titanium World Technology Sdn Bhd, said, adding that Armor8 is a long-lasting and sterilizing nano-particle spray and is a Thai FDA approved and Compliant with European Community and its products provide an ambience free from even the most stubborn forms of bacteria and viruses like Bird flu, SARS, E Coli etc. While Ramakrishna Kadiyam, Director, Titanium World Technology Bhd and Managing Director, SmartCoat India, said that the company has more products in the pipeline like SmartCoat S, SmartCoat 'On The GO' and Smart Mask and they will be launching these too in India in a phased manner.
