TII Group: Setting higher standards
For operators of wind turbines, the company offers efficient, future-proof transport solutions with a focus on the wind turbine blade adapter with a positioning angle of 70°, and blades of over 80 metres long. The technical solution for accommodating the wind blade functions according to the "plug and play" principle and is unique on the market.
For transport of loads up to 240 ton on public roads or in industrial areas, TII India launched at bauma: the Tiiger Smart Duty (SD). The modular platform trailer has a 53-degree steering angle and hydraulically supported pendulum axles, making it super light and resilient. Up to 18 tons can be transported per axle line. Developed in Germany and manufactured in India, the robust all-rounder can transport construction machinery, cranes, wagons and concrete girders, etc. and is being sold in India, Africa and Southeast Asia.

At bauma, a semi-modular compact vehicles (EuroCompact ) for road transport of loads from . 30 to 115 tons played a central role. This light and compact low-bed trailer can transport a range of assignments. Also showcased was the new EuroCompact U5 from Scheuerle in which the centre distance has been optimised to 1,500 mm, which makes the vehicle well suited for problematic infrastructure and quicker approval procedures faced by international transport specialists due to more stringent road traffic licensing regulations.
The EuroCompact can easily be extended for accommodating a wide range of transport tasks and load requirements with the Smart Axle dolly. With the intelligent design of the coupling points, the EuroCompact has more deck length/loading length in proportion to the combination length than is usually the case in the market. The low dead weight with a simultaneous high payload makes the compact road vehicle efficient and cost-effective. This means fewer axles with the same payload. Low wear, a deck with a particularly low loading height and excellent manoeuvrability through optimised steering and large steering angle round off the product and make it an indispensable component of the construction industry.

The TII Group also showcased its SPMT and SPMT Light success stories. The modular, self-propelled vehicles can handle light goods to heavy-load transport of payloads up to 17,000 tons. The modular design principle of the SPMT offers maximum possibilities for use in the construction sector, oil and gas industry, shipbuilding and plant construction. Individual modular transporters can be coupled together as required, either mechanically or arranged in a loose coupling mode. Through the container dimensions, a single 4-axle vehicle ensures optimum flexibility also for smaller transport assignments, for example, in production halls. The SPMT Light is also available with electric drive.
With the all-electric vehicle, the TII Group has set new standards in the field of e-mobility for heavy-duty transport vehicles and offers one of the most universal and high-performance systems for indoor and outdoor use. With an 86-ton payload, the vehicle is emission-free and noiseless - almost a third more than comparable competitor systems.
The TII Group has re-organized its service activities. Specially trained technicians around the world are responsible for the maintenance, repair, spare parts procurement and retrofit of the special and heavy-duty vehicles of TII brands Scheuerle, Nicolas and Kamag
