thyssenkrupp unveils new mobile app for faster assistance to customers

thyssenkrupp
In light of the ongoing lockdown in India due to COVID-19 pandemic, thyssenkrupp Elevator (India) has launched a new mobile app for its customers to seek any assistance or register any complaint/call from the comfort of their home. The mobile app acts as an alternate channel to seek any assistance if the customer can't reach the call centre, informs CEO Manish Mehan. Customers can see the units linked to their mobile number and can then choose the specific unit that has some issues and submit their call/complaint. They can also see the updates regarding their complaint on the app, with final closure and remarks. The app has a user-friendly interface to perform the basic functions and is available on Google Play and App Store. It supports both the Android and iOS operating systems. "thyssenkrupp Elevator gives utmost importance to the safety and comfort of its customers. This app will empower our customers and equip them to reach out to us faster than ever before, and track the status of their complaint without stepping out of their homes or even making a call," added Mehan.
