Tata Projects sets to get MTHL projects

Country's fastest growing and renowned infrastructure player, Tata Projects in joint venture Daewoo has been declared lowest bidder in the two packages of Mumbai Trans Harbour Link Project (MTHL), said official sources that MMRDA opened bids for 2 packages of Mumbai Metro Trans Harbour Link project, a landmark mega infrastructure project in heavy civil engineering involving bridge construction of approximately 18 km in the sea and approximately 4 km on land. The project is split into three packages; the Tata Projects Limited - Daewoo JV had participated in two packages covering the sea part of the bridge, and got declared lowest bidder in both the packages. The package details where Tata Projects Limited is L1 included Mumbai Trans Harbour Link Project (Package-1) Construction of a 10.380 km long bridge section (CH 0+000 - CH 10+380) across the Mumbai Bay including Sewri Interchange Tata Projects Limited-Daewoo JV price involves Rs.7,339 crore. Mumbai Trans Harbour Link Project (Package-2) (Construction of a 7.807 kms long bridge section (CH 10+380 – CH 18+187) across the Mumbai Bay including Shivaji Nagar Interchange Tata Projects Limited-Daewoo JV Price – entails Rs.5,612 crore investment.
