Adding to its project portfolio in the housing sector, Tata Housing has recently decided to launch an ultra-luxury residential project, comprising 150 apartments, in Kolkata at an investment of about Rs.350 crore. The real estate project in question is spreading over an area of 3.5 acres at Alipore area in Kolkata. Tata Housing has received all the required approvals to develop this project and expected to launch the mega project in January next year, said official sources that the project would be the most luxurious ones in Kolkata with apartment price likely to be over Rs 4 crore. Tata Housing has delivered over a million sq feet of residential project and is expected to deliver over a million sq feet in next one year. The company currently has over 70 million sq feet of residential projects under various stages of development and a pipeline of 19 million sq feet in 12 cities across the country.
