Tata Housing takes up realty project

Adding to its project portfolio in the country's real estate sector, Tata Housing has recently launched the final phase of its residential project Avenida at Rajarhat area in Kolkata, said Managing Director and CEO Brotin Banerjee, adding that the latest phase is the final phase of the project comprising the construction of a 26-storeyed tower 'Elegante' with exclusive 3BHK condominiums ranging between 1,460 sq.ft and 1,635 sq.ft. The mega project, which was launched in 2013, Avenida is spreading across 13 acres and has a total of over 700 residences. With more than 80% inventory has already been sold in the current phase, the launch of Elegante' is in line with its endeavor of creating landmark housing project in the heart of capital city of West Bengal, he claimed.
