Sumadhura Group to Launch Six Luxury Residential Projects in Bengaluru Worth Rs 10,000 Cr by FY 2026

Sumadhura Group has announced the launch of six luxury residential projects across East and North Bengaluru by FY 2026, with a combined revenue potential of Rs 10,000 crore and over 8 million sq. ft of saleable area. This is the Group’s largest-ever launch programme and marks a major milestone in its expansion strategy.

The projects span 90 acres and include more than 4,000 residential units along with over 400 plotted units. Located in high-demand micro-markets such as Whitefield, Panathur, Marathahalli–Thubarahalli, Rachenahalli and the Devanahalli belt, the developments are positioned to benefit from strong connectivity, proximity to IT corridors and ongoing infrastructure upgrades.

With this launch pipeline, Sumadhura Group aims to strengthen its presence in Bengaluru’s premium housing segment and cater to rising demand for high-quality, amenity-rich residential communities. Each project features a distinct architectural and lifestyle theme, reflecting changing buyer preferences and the city’s status as a leading luxury real estate market.
