The project will be executed through its subsidiary Rise Root Projects, which has signed a development agreement with actor Abhishek Bachchan. It will offer premium retail zones, Grade-A commercial office spaces, and high-end residential units, catering to growing demand from financial institutions, fintech firms, and the IT/ITeS sector in GIFT City.
Backed by its execution track record, the company expects to complete the project within four years.
