Sowparnika realty launches 500 flats in Bengaluru

Sowparnika Projects & Infrastructure
After recording brisk business in selling 250 affordable houses across Kerala, the Bengaluru-based real estate firm Sowparnika Projects & Infrastructure has recently launched a new realty project named 'Positive Homes' in the city. The company is building 500 flats, including studio apartments, one, two and three BHK flats targeting first time buyers. These 300-780 square feet houses are priced at ₹900,000, ₹1.5 million, and ₹2.1 million, respectively. These Positive Homes projects are coming up at Whitefield and Attibele in the vicinity of Electronic City in Bengaluru. Instead of compromising on the quality of fittings to cut costs, the company has been utilizing an in-house model to cut construction costs. All the work, ranging from designing, electrification, plumbing, cash management will be carried out by its own employees leading to cost-cutting and developing properties at an enviable price point, said managing director, Ramji Subramaniam.
