Solex Energy Launches High-Performance Solar Modules for Rajasthan’s Harsh Climate

Solex Energy Limited has launched two advanced solar modules—Tapi R and the Tapi Series—designed to meet the growing renewable energy demand in Rajasthan. These high-performance products are built to withstand the region’s extreme weather and high-irradiance conditions.

Solex Energy Limited

The Tapi R is India’s first rectangular cell module powered by N-Type TOPCon technology, offering a power output of 595–625 W and a high module efficiency of 23.14%. It features 132 half-cut rectangular cells for improved energy yield, thermal tolerance, and low-light performance. It comes with a 12-year product warranty and a 30-year linear performance warranty, making it ideal for rooftops and utility-scale installations.

The Tapi Series is an N-Type dual-glass module with 144 half-cut cells, delivering 570–595 W and 23.03% efficiency. Its dual-glass design enhances mechanical strength and protects against PID, UV damage, and dust—key for Rajasthan’s tough environment. It also includes a 12-year product and 30-year performance warranty.

Chetan Shah, Chairman & Managing Director (MD) of Solex Energy, said, “Our customer-centric approach drives innovation at Solex. These new product lines have been developed not just for efficiency, but for resilience and reliability under real-world conditions, especially for regions like Rajasthan. Whether its rooftop projects, utility-scale developments, or captive power use, our modules are built to perform and built to last.”

He added, “Solex has built its reputation on a foundation of manufacturing excellence. We are known for delivering high-quality products at competitive pricing and we are happy to consult and support EPCs, developers, and end consumers to make informed solar choices that deliver long-term returns.”
