Signature realty launches Rs.500-cr project

The renowned real estate player of national repute, Signature Global, which is engaged in the development of affordable homes, will invest Rs. 500-cr to develop two housing projects in Gurgaon. The company is launching this and other projects, as it expects heightened and better demand in housing sector after the government announced an interest subsidy under the Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojna. The company recently launched two affordable housing projects comprising 2,405 units in a price range of Rs. 18-24 lakh, Chairman and Co-Founder, Pradeep Aggarwal said, elaborating that it is one of the key stakeholders of financial investment firm SMC Group, which is already constructing five housing projects comprising over 5,000 dwelling units in Gurgaon under the Haryana government's affordable housing policy. As a matter of fact, the realty builder launched two new affordable housing projects in Haryana. The planned housing projects would be constructed through internal accruals and Rs.150 crore raised from ICICI Prudential real estate fund last year.
