Signature Global plans ₹500-cr realty projects

Real estate building firm Signature Global has decided to invest over ₹500 crore on developing two new affordable housing projects in Gurugram, Haryana. Founder and Chairman Pradeep Aggarwal informed that the projects will house about 2,400 units and will be developed under the Haryana government's affordable housing policy. The demand for affordable homes remains intact despite the COVID-19 pandemic. Its project named as Superbia in Sector 95 is spreading across 7.3-acre and will have 1,061 units, while the 9.1-acre project 'The Millennia 3' in Sector 37D will be in a joint venture with the landowner and comprises of 1,322 units with a price tag of over ₹23 lakh. In the last six years, Signature Global, which is mainly into affordable homes, has launched more than 20 housing projects in Gurugram, Sohna and Karnal (Haryana) and has already delivered three housing projects. It has also launched commercial projects, including a shopping mall, in Vaishali and Ghaziabad (UP), comprising over 7.5 lakh square feet area.
