Shri Nitin Gadkari Inaugurates bauma CONEXPO India 2024

Shri Nitin Gadkari inaugurated bauma CONEXPO India 2024, emphasizing the pivotal role of infrastructure development in achieving the vision of Viksit Bharat. In his address, he underscored the importance of reducing construction costs without compromising on quality and stressed the need for sustainable practices in infrastructure projects.

"Our aim is to reduce the cost of construction without compromising on quality," he said, adding that alternative fuels and biofuels will play a key role in driving sustainable development.

Shri Gadkari also highlighted India's unique advantages, including a young, talented engineering workforce and the availability of cost-effective raw materials and labor. "With the highest pool of young, skilled manpower, reasonably priced raw materials, and low labor costs, we can produce high-quality components at reduced costs, ensuring affordability in final products," he remarked.
